Returns

We do not have a return policy.

All our products are made to order and customized according to the customers choices.

If your product is damaged during transit we will repair the product, if the product is irreparable we will replace it with the same product.

NOTE: In-Transit damages should be reported on the same day of delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
In "exception cases" if the order is cancelled and accepted by Reclinex World we will refund back 80% of the order value deducting 20% as transacting charges.
