Warranty for Rio

Our warranty policy details are as follows: We guarantee that all of our products are of high quality, free from manufacturing defects and workmanship. During normal use, the product may experience some wear and tear. This will not effect the service life of your product.

Warranty On Recliners & Mechanisms

We provide 1 years warranty on manufacturing defects which include

  • Structure

  • Sagging of seats

General ware & tear are not covered under warranty.

We provide 1 year limited warranty on the mechanisms which include.

  • Bending of the frame

In such cases we will replace the non functional part.

Warranty doesn't cover

  • Stitching

  • Bushes, Legs, Mechanical Parts attached to the recliners

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents

  • Products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. (eg upholstered furniture will lighten over time if it's exposed to direct sunlight)

  • No warranty on upholstery/ coverings/ cushion Cove

  • The warranty does not cover damages due to the usage of the product beyond its intended use and wear & tear in the natural course of product usage.

  • In response to seasonal climate variations, solid wood will contract and expand throughout the life of the product and is thus not warranted for this purpose. (for solid wood furniture)

  • Warranty shall also not cover furniture products moved from one residential location to another by the customer. Furniture products moved to an unserviceable pin code, any modifications or alterations made to the products post-purchase, or not following the product care instructions. The company shall not be held responsible in any manner whatsoever.
